Mr. Predictor's preview for Liverpool v Arsenal and more

Here we go guys, another set of festive tips for you to dig into. Let’s win together!

Rangers v Celtic – Saturday 29 December – Scottish Premiership – BET HERE

It’s been a long time since Rangers have competed for the title, so there’s even more spice in this derby now (if it were needed!). They’ve been strong at home while Celtic have been inconsistent away, as big wins at St. Johnstone and Dundee have been undermined by defeats to Hibernian and Hearts. Even though the Bhoys have won eight of their last ten Old Firm derbies, I see a Draw.

Match Tip: Both Teams to Score (1.80)
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Rangers 1 v 1 Celtic

Fulham v Huddersfield – Saturday 29 December – Premier League – BET HERE

This is a must-win game for both of these teams, particularly Fulham as they need to pick up points at home. Their defence has been really poor this term and they won’t get many better chances for a clean sheet considering Huddersfield’s poor attack. The visitors got their first win of the season against Fulham back in November, but I expect revenge here.

Match Tip: First Half with Most Goals (3.35)
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Fulham 2 v 0 Huddersfield

Liverpool v Arsenal – Saturday 29 December – Premier League – BET HERE

Liverpool are unbeaten against the Big Six this season and are challenging for the title, and Jurgen Klopp has plenty of fresh legs to bring in for this match, particularly in midfield. Meanwhile, the Gunners haven’t won away to another Big Six side since January 2015 and haven’t beaten Liverpool since April of the same year. This fixture usually gives us plenty of goals, with Over 2.5 Goals in eight of the last ten meetings, and I see the same here combined with a Liverpool win.

Match Tip: Over 2.5 Goals (1.50)
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Liverpool 3 v 1 Arsenal

Crystal Palace v Chelsea – Sunday 30 December – Premier League – BET HERE

Palace have a pretty good record against Chelsea. They’ve won two of their last five meetings, including a 2-1 win at Selhurst Park last year that gave them their first points of the season. Both teams have scored in all of the last four meetings but Palace have had trouble scoring this season while Chelsea are finding the net regularly. I expect a close game but I think Chelsea will prevail.

Match Tip: Both Teams to Score (1.75)
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Crystal Palace 1 v 2 Chelsea

Manchester United v Bournemouth – Sunday 30 December – Premier League – BET HERE

Manchester United are still getting used to life under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and I think the outcome here will depend on which team recovers best from their last game. Luckily for United, this is their second home game in a row, and Bournemouth’s record against Big Six sides this season has been terrible. The Red Devils have won five of their last seven games against the visitors and I’m backing the same here.

Match Tip: Both Teams to Score (1.75)
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Manchester United 2 v 1 Bournemouth
