Top 5 Bets for the Weekend: August 18-19

We pick through the list of odds and stats to find some bets we like the look of, so you don’t have to!

Paide v Nomme Kalju – Over 3.5 Goals – 1.70 – BET HERE

There have been Over 3.5 Goals in seven of Paide’s 11 home games this season in the Meistriliiga, with their fans witnessing a total of 42 goals. Nomme Kalju are top of the league with 32 goals in ten away matches. Unsurprisingly, there have been at least four goals in seven of those ten games, while each of their past five matches against the hosts have yielded four or more goals. We could be in for a treat here.

Tottenham v Fulham – Tottenham Win with -1 Handicap – 1.80 – BET HERE

Tottenham won five of their final ten league games at Wembley last season by a margin of two or more goals. Including friendlies, Fulham have lost four of their last five matches, three of which have been on the handicap. They have lost by at least two goals in three of their past five games against Spurs, who will be confident of a big win here.

Seattle Sounders v LA Galaxy – Both Teams to Score – 1.60 – BET HERE

Seattle Sounders have scored and conceded in seven of their past ten matches in the MLS. Similarly, both teams have scored in nine of LA Galaxy’s last ten league games, including each of the last seven. There have been goals at both ends in nine of their 12 away MLS matches in 2018, while the same has occurred in three of their past five games against the Sounders. Will there be a clean sheet here? It looks unlikely.

Malmo v Trelleborg – Both Teams to Score – 2.10 – BET HERE

Six of Malmo’s eight home league games this season have featured goals at both ends of the field. This has also been a trend for visitors Trelleborg, who have scored and conceded in eight of their past ten Allsvenskan matches and six of their eight away games in 2018. They have managed to find the net away to Ostersunds, Norrkoping and Djurgarden, all of whom are above Malmo in the league table. Don’t expect the hosts to have it all their own way here.

Cork City v St. Patrick’s Athletic – Cork City Win – 1.50 – BET HERE

Cork City are top of the Premier Division with 12 wins from 13 home games, while they have kept 11 clean sheets on home turf. The visitors are sixth, 30 points behind the hosts, and have lost ten of their 14 away games this season (including each of the past five). They have scored just two goals in those last five away games and haven’t found the net in their last three visits to Cork. Another home win looks likely here.
