Top 5 Bets for the Weekend: October 6-7

We pick through the list of odds and stats to find some bets we like the look of, so you don’t have to!

Tottenham v Cardiff – Tottenham Win with -1 Handicap – 1.70 – BET HERE

Tottenham have a strong record against newly-promoted sides of late. They have won seven of their last ten games against promoted teams in the Premier League, including a 3-1 victory at home to Fulham earlier this season. Cardiff have lost two of their three away league games this season, both by a margin of at least two goals. It seems unlikely that they’ll get off lightly at Wembley.

Toronto v Vancouver Whitecaps – Both Teams to Score – 1.50 – BET HERE

Both teams have been on the scoresheet in seven of Toronto’s past ten matches in MLS, as well as seven of their last ten home league games (including each of the last five). Similarly, both sides have scored in eight of the Whitecaps’ last ten MLS games, while eight of their last ten matches in all competitions against Toronto have featured goals at both ends. Expect an exciting game here.

Hoffenheim v Eintracht Frankfurt – Both Teams to Score – 1.45 – BET HERE

All six of Hoffenheim’s Bundesliga matches this season have seen goals at both ends. The same has occurred in five of Eintracht Frankfurt’s six league games. Both meetings between these sides last season featured both teams on the scoresheet. Frankly speaking, it would be remarkable if this game ended with a clean sheet for either side.

AS Monaco v Rennes – Both Teams to Score – 1.65 – BET HERE

AS Monaco have scored and conceded in five of their eight league games this season, with only one clean sheet so far. Six of Rennes’ eight matches in Ligue 1 have featured goals at both ends, including all four of their away matches. Both of these teams have scored in each of their last three meetings, and form suggests the same outcome here.

Gent v Genk – Over 2.5 Goals – 1.55 – BET HERE

Sixth-placed Gent have seen a total of 34 goals across their nine games in the First Division A this season, with Over 2.5 Goals in eight of those games. Genk have scored 26 goals and conceded just nine in their nine league games so far, and there has been at least three goals on six occasions. Will the fans be treated to more goals this Sunday?
