Mr. Predictor looks at the big weekend matches

Real Madrid v Al Ain – Saturday 22 December – Club World Cup Final – BET HERE

Who will be crowned as the biggest team on the planet? Real didn’t have too many problems in the semi-finals, with Gareth Bale scoring a hat-trick in a 3-1 win against Kashima Antlers. Al Ain beat River Plate on penalties but this is a much tougher ask. However, since there have been 13 goals across Al Ain’s three CWC matches so far, I expect another high-scoring win for Real.

Match Tip: Real Win on the -1 Handicap (Odds: 1.55)
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Real Madrid 3 v 0 Al Ain

Cardiff v Manchester United – Saturday 22 December – Premier League – BET HERE

Jose Mourinho is gone and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is in at Manchester United. It’s a great first game for the Norwegian too, since he was Cardiff manager when they were relegated in 2014. The Bluebirds have won four of their past five home games and will fancy an upset against United, who have just one win in five matches now. We know that the Red Devils are vulnerable defensively but I still expect their quality to see them through.

Match Tip: Both Teams to Score (Odds: 1.80)
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Cardiff 1 v 2 Manchester United

Eintracht Frankfurt v Bayern Munich – Saturday 22 December – Bundesliga – BET HERE

Another manager returns to his former club. Niko Kovac beat Bayern in the DFB Pokal final last year with Frankfurt, then took over at Bayern and beat his old side 5-0 in the Super Cup. The champions have won six of their eight away league games this season, but the hosts have scored 17 goals in their past five home matches. I’m going for goals here, and I’ll play it safe with a Bayern Win.

Match Tip: Both Teams to Score and Over 2.5 Goals (Odds: 1.75)
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Eintracht Frankfurt 1 v 2 Bayern Munich

Juventus v AS Roma – Saturday 22 December – Serie A – BET HERE

Juventus have won 15 of their 16 league games this season and they haven’t even conceded in any of the last five. It’s been a season to forget so far for Roma, who are seventh and have just two away wins in Serie A. There have been Under 2.5 Goals in four of these teams’ last five meetings, while Roma haven’t scored in their last three visits to Juventus. I can only see a Home Win.

Match Tip: Under 2.5 Goals (Odds: 1.95)
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Juventus 2 v 0 AS Roma

Everton v Tottenham – Sunday 23 December – Premier League – BET HERE

Tottenham’s away form has been brilliant this season. They’ve won eight of their ten away league games and are third in the table at the start of the weekend. I don’t hold out much hope for Everton, who are without a win in four games and have lost four of their five games against the other Big Six sides this season. Spurs won 3-0 at Goodison Park last year and I’m backing another Away Win here.

Match Tip: Tottenham Win (Odds: 2.20)
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Everton 0 v 2 Tottenham
